JD Gyms - York Recensioni 

Overall really impressed with the facilities and equipment, staff were absolutely brilliant helping me out and I couldn’t recommend it more, especially Kian who was very friendly.

The York Gym is wonderfully clean throughout. All the equipment is all in working order and clean. The changing room and showers are clean and no rubbish left around.
From the I'd walked in to have a look around I could see that the gym is cared for by staff and members.
The staff member who showed us around was very polite and enthusiastic about the gym his name was Ollie.

Never been to the gym before but decided to give it a go. Have only been going for 3 weeks but really enjoy it. I had my induction with Chris, which was good and informative. I wasn’t bombarded with lots of information, just enough to get me started. The staff are really friendly too, especially Babi, happy to help. There’s plenty of equipment to choose from so there’s no hanging around waiting. Everything is so clean including the changing rooms which have lots of lockers for everyone. I’m glad I picked up the courage and joined 🙂

Just joined at JD York and so impressed, gym itself is immaculate, changing rooms clean, great membership price too. Big shout out to Emma who is always on hand with advice on the weights, an asset to the company.

Very difficult to cancel with an outdated & convoluted process in which you have to apply to them to cancel - Most likely intentionally designed considering the organisation's treatment of its customers. Already 2 weeks & no confirmation or response to my cancellation request. Typically poor customer service much like their sports stores. Avoid at all costs.
