Busy gym 24/7
No matter what time I go to the gym it’s crowded which is cool but because of the layout there’s not enough equipment for everybody.

I liked there is a ladies private gym
I liked there is a ladies private gym, however yeah it's a small but I liked it.
I hope if they add extra space, so we can play some exercises. I hope from the supervisor to check regularly the machines the one out of order.
For people who they joined newly, they need someone to guide and show them how the equipments are working.
Overall, JD gym is a good opportunity for everyone who is seeking for active and healthy life.Thanks JD Gym.

Easy to use
I went to JD Gym, it is always clean and tidy. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
When I signed up to the gym it was a a quick and easy process.

A lot of equipment is out of order.
Classes listed on website are not available on the class timetable - very disappointing.

sign up easy but lack of support thereafter
It was very easy to actually sign up, but after that I was really unsure and felt I lacked guidance. I received an email saying this is part#1 and more information would follow. Nothing arrived so I raised a ticket ...no response.
I went to the Gym in person and stood there like an idiot because I had no idea you were supposed to use the app.
I hate the car park at the Wolverhampton gym, the spaces are so tight.

Not enough leg machines!, I have only joined as rehab required to get me stronger after a bad accident , can appear very busy , however, majority of users just sitting on their phones hogging equipment.
Too many posers can make you feel uncomfortable
Will not be staying here much longer

Great
Great, (probably the best I've ever seen overall) equipment wise 8.5/10. I'm avoiding going in the daytime tho as I've heard it's very busy. So that's the only negative I suppose. Oh, also the hand dryer in the downstairs toilet was not working.

All weights mixed up. Doesn't matter coming day time morning time or night. Nobody putting weight back and etc toilets dirty toilet paper on the floor
Probably stick with pure gym because more clean, and everything in order.
