Really good gym just really busy can’t get on nothing

Great club very clean and lots of equipment

I found the gym well equipped to cater for all and the assistants we quite helpful as well

Great gym. Very clean. Equipment etc excellent.

There plenty equipment to use unlike total fitness even though there was a full gym

First visit to the gym, no staff to be seen to ask anything.

It wasn't the cleanest, is looking past it's best and most of the kit it quite old.

Won't be going back unfortunately.

I loved how other people are really helpful and supportive even when you are a beginner. I like how quick the staff are to help you when you press the button at the entrance.

However the boot camp with Jacky Arnold left me feeling a little lost… he assumes you know what to do… well I am new and had no idea, guidance was poor and he only seemed to interact with the people he knew .

Struggled to use the QR code to gain entry. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to let me in.

Great classes and machines available all for a very competitive monthly fee

Gone back after a few years out brilliant gym just like last time I was here 💪

Showed me round, answered all my questions. Offered me an update on my training every 6 weeks. Told me about the personal trainers and the parking areas. A friendly atmosphere with a professional way of working.

Great first impressions at the gym, only criticism is I can’t book any classes on the app

They won't cancel my membership after filling out the ONLINE form. Can't ring anyone on the phone to do it either. Disgraceful. What a terrible system they have in place.

Gym advertised as having free parking. When i arrived found that free parking is only on non match days, so on match days I have to pay 6 quid per visit, which is no good for me. Submitted a ticket to cancel within my first 7 days. That was 4 days ago, I have heard nothing back, tried ringing and was on hold for 40 minutes and still didnt get through. Impossible to contact and resolve.

Great to be back at JD Gym again. Love the variety of classes, all the staff are friendly and it's an overall good atmosphere to work out.

The gym is fine but the equipments are usually out of order and one out of pair handy equipments are usually missing or broken. Again it would be nice if the app can also give a monthly, quarterly or weekly record of how often and duration of time spent at the gym. Cheers.

The worker was very informative and knowledgeable about the gym.He introduced me to a PT trainer that is great.
