I like the space available, although it is busy it doesn't feel like everyone is on top of eachother. The availablity and quality of the Kettlebells is really good.

In the ladies area many equipment not working it needs to fix

I have joined the gym to access the women only department, it was nice to see a lot of people come to this part of the gym and it is quite busy. However, I was unhappy with how many machines they have, 2 treadmills when they are most popular. To make my experience even worse, some machines don’t work. When I spoke to the staff they said they’ll be fixing it soon. But when I spoke to some regular gym members they said it has been broken for months now.

It is just such a lovely place for everyone.

There door’s always gets stuck it doesn’t open and there machines dos not work as expected and some of them doesn’t work at all, Dumbbells section too messy all the time no one have ever organised them, There is lots of mistakes in the gym and I hope it will get fixed soon

Best gym I’ve been to all down to the amazing pt jay, so friendly and gets amazing results always pushes me to my limits. Will never change gyms again !!

Equipment is worn all the rubbers missing off the handles, not enough blue roll around to wipe down machines. Also it's the only gym where people can't unload there weights. Should hand out warnings.

I currently registered and suddenly I was logged out of the gym app and I can’t access the gym. This is bad and frustrating. I paid for this and I can’t access it. Terrible. No staff to attend to me or help me with the issue.

easy access, great lighting, nice people, big range of equipment and no joining fee is a huge plus

The qr code thing doesnt work at all so i have to wait for a staff to open the gates for me everytime i come in so far waste of time really imo

I joined JD gym has my partner is a member. Went to the gym a few times to start off with them thought I would try the classes. Went on a Wednesday evening to do step class, the instructor didn’t arrive and no information regarding it being cancelled previously. Understand these things can happen. So went to the doing class that was 15 minutes after step class and that instructor also didn’t turn up to do the class. Again no reason or information as to why, that was two classes within 15 minutes of each other that was cancelled. I enjoy doing a class has it keeps me motivated. Not a good start experience when I’ve just joined a gym and doesn’t make me want to stay a member. Very frustrating!

Each wireline device only knows one thing that we have to wait to use.

Great place but gave less stars due to women's area is very small.and don't like the entrance into gym as have to walk through the men's side

I like that there's a women's section but some of the machines there don't work also there needs to be more of a range of machines for a full body workout

I went to this gym for the first time yesterday and was confused by the amount of wasted space in this warehouse. There is basically one freeweights area where 80% of the gyms occupants reside. I ventured upstairs and there was massive amounts of free space with no equipment which I found bizarre. I think this gym would benefit much more by utilising more of its wasted space and adding more plate loaded machines and just better quality equipment in general but for now it’s just another commercial gym with low quality equipment where people will just change to another gym fairly swiftly because you can’t even access the equipment during busy periods.. I don’t recall seeing any plate loaded tricep push machines and the handles for the lat pull down downs we’re old and worn.

My only two complaints are the changing rooms and the air conditioning. The toilets and showers could be cleaner. The air conditioning is also not great in the summer, and it can feel quite humid inside, and freezing in winter. Otherwise this is a brilliant gym for the price you pay!! I have been to gyms which costs 3 times as much which don’t come close. I also just wish more staff were visible and sometimes you don’t see any!
