Good gym
Good gym, clean and good location.
I do think the gym needs some air con though. It is boiling in there before even starting any exercise! A big fan above the treadmills in the ladies section would be great.
Also, the ladies section would be great if this could be extended as it does get busy in this area and often waiting for certain machines. Another rowing machine would be handy too as I go with a friend and we go on the same things together.

No brief welcome or induction or tour of facilities.
The space and equipment is fine, the music is awful, as is to be expected. My main issue is I feel you could have a 10 minute tour and induction for new members, so as to make them more comfortable with the equipment. Or at least have it as an option for first timers. I was just wondering around feeling pretty intimidated and lost, and really had to find my own way.

I joined and it took me over a week to…
I joined and it took me over a week to actually go as I struggle with angsiety, I trained at home in that time instead.
I finally managed to go today and on arrival I asked a member of staff (there were 2 on today) if there's anything I need to know. I have used gyms before and explained I'm only unsure about using cable machines and that was my main reason for joining and would you mind just giving me 2 minutes to explain.
I was told they were too busy with paperwork to do so.
I asked to buy a padlock for the lockers as your website said I could purchase one on arrival but apparently not. I ended up leaving my bag in the office (doesnt help angsiety).
So I went in warmed up and went over and asked a chap for a quick run through on cable machine, he kindly did so but it was all pointless as you have 10 machines and 3 handles so unable to use them anyway, one of the machines was broke but again annoying I had to wait for something to attach to the cables so I could actually use them.

Excellent location,well equipped, clean and safe with plenty of space and fantastic, professional staff.

Banned us for practicing kick boxing next to the punching bags and said in the email about danger to people using weights around us and there wasn't even anyone there when we did it

My first visit was good,asked about boxing bags and was taken to see them by nice lady who worked there.She told me when the busy times were and when to avoid them.overall had a good hours workout.looking forward to coming more.

Love the free classes - best I ever had
This is a great gym. It's mains strengths are it's size, the free parking and most of all the excellent trainers who deliver top quality classes. These classes are free for members and for me they're the best way to stay fit.
I had a class with Melissa earlier today and loved it. Hard but fun workout.

Circuit training class
I ve been doing the Saturday morning circuit training class for the past five week and have to say it is brilliant. The trainer who takes it is totally professional and puts a lot of effort it to laying out a circuit that targets all areas. She always gives encouragement and guidance on each exercise. More like this please.
