Myself and my daughter love Jenny’s Zumba and yoga classes. Jenny is so friendly and full of energy and she makes the classes so enjoyable. Looking forward to her Pilates classes too.

Classes
Been a member of this gym for a long time and can honestly say that Johns body pump is the best body pump for me. John creates a welcoming, friendly environment and provides direction to ensure technique is correct. James, Cara and Dave also deliver some great classes. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness and wellbeing

Great gym
Been with JD since they opened in Newport GREAT gym with a great atmosphere and fabulous friendly staff who are always happy to help. Plenty of equipment and machines to use and always kept clean. Classes are a real good workout and always made fun. John's pump is spot on, Dave a Cara are amazing too, always give 100%
