First time at the gym for years
First time at the gym for several years. Was well maintained, clean and tidy.
Good assortment of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Lots of staff around to offer help if needed.

Female changing rooms need attention.
Overall experience of the Hull gym is fairly positive....apart from the women's changing rooms.
Desperately need a few more changing cubicles fitted in the female changing rooms.
The majority of female users find it awkward to get showered and changed at this gym due to the lack of privacy.
Possibly in the areas where the benches are attached to the walls. There are enough free standing benches to allow for this change.
The men's changing rooms have 2 cubicles, yet the women's room, only one?

good
it is a nice environment and the staff and people there are overall nice the toilets are not the best but that is with most gyms the locker rooms are kept nice and the gym facility and equipment are kept nice as well overall a good place to go to

Great gym with a wide range of equipment.
Great gym with a wide range of equipment.
You get what you pay for and even more, as someone who's transferred from another gym I can confidently say that it by far succeeds my expectations
The only negative is the cleanliness of the toilets, I cannot speak for the female ones but the mens ones arent too pleasant.
Depending on the time you go, it may be rammed however it doesn't mean you can't get on anything, there are usually multiple machines and benches similar to eachother.

It is good,organised gym but only 1 time a day.
It is good,organised gym but with missing small details. Good parts are, there are many exercise machines, nice setting, and I feel it deserve 5 star. It is cheaper compare to competitors but only by £5 a month. It is not the chepest. Bad parts are; you can only go once a day, door dont open second time visit. No other gym setted up this limitation. Has no swimming pool and steam room, (others have). In changing room, there are always a few places needs of repair, shower walls are slimy feeling, but it is 24 hour well used showers.

If you come back a second time in the same day, please press the green buzzer button near the gates and someone will let you in. The app does only grant entry once per day, but you're welcome to come back as many times as you like, we'll just need to let you in. 👍
If that’s something you do regularly, please speak to the Manager next time you visit, and they can help or drop your gym an email if you can’t see a Manager to speak to.

To many members
This have been my go to gym for 5 years now, however it's be coming unusable due to becoming teenage hang out. I have tried coming at 6am and I have tried coming at 7pm and later weekends, days/time that is usually off peak and it is becoming harder and harder to use equipment due to people just hanging around. What it does tell me that gym have way to many members and it's spoiling the whole experience. I know it's January and this mad rush will eas off and if it won't I will need to find another gym as this one is becoming unusable for someone who wants to train several days a week.

Easy access to equipment and training…
Easy access to equipment and training areas are well stocked and accessible. On the whole enjoyable. Could do with a member of staff to help beginners understand how to operate equipment properly and safely, and to ensure some more experienced members are aware of safe use ect

I registered the 4 days ago and the app at code does not work. I’ve been 4 times to the gym and can’t go in. They have taken my money. No area to reach out to support. Oh and it’s not just me. My wife’s account who I also registered for doesn’t work either

We're really sorry that you were unable to gain access to the gym on this occasion, but please don't let that be your last visit...
Our gyms have barriers at the entrance which you can open using our contactless entry app. If you are unable to gain entry for whatever reason, there is a green button near the gates. Press that and it alerts a member of staff to your presence. Someone will come over to help.
