SOOOOO BUSY
It’s just incredibly busy. There’s all the equipment you need but literally any time during the day the gym is packed. You have to wait for pretty much every equipment you want to use. Definitely not enjoying it at all so far

Some great kit would gave liked to plan out some routines for an older guy with dodgy knees alas no one available or would gave a five star

I feel I am making good progress…
I feel I am making good progress however it is a shame that there are some members who can completely take the proverbial and hog machines whilst merely sitting on their phones and staff do not step in and remind them of gym etiquette. I waited nearly 15 mins for a machine today and when I decided to ask member how long they were going to be they gave me a casual "don't know". Selfishness and unacceptable. Please can staff be more proactive in ensuring all members have the opportunity to have a decent work out. Many of us don't have unlimited time to accommodate this sort of behaviour.

Glad I joined
Only been at the gym 2 weeks but got a decent tour when I was seeing if I wanted to join. The classes are ace the instructors bring the energy and go through everything with you if your new and the gym is massive.

Just started and have not come across any issues as of yet. The gym I use is spacious, tidy and the equipment is well maintained.

First time user of any gym
Really helpful staff, it was my first time in a gym, they ha e a ladies inky part, and wasn't self conscious about anything, really relaxed setting, thoroughly enjoyed it

Sona is small and not available for access
As its all busy at day time, So they must keep Sona open for all night, so that anyone can get access. I never been to Sona because day time its busy and night time its off.Furthermore, Sona is too small. I would recommend to keep sona open all the time or extend it time to get access. Thanks

A gym for all fitness levels.…
A great variety of equipment including the upper body cycle (although only one of these - great for folk with old shoulder injures as it is gentle). Helpful, approachable staff. Also a room exclusively for ladies for shy girls that has a good range of
core equipment.

A good value, if busy, gym.
You get what you pay for, a decent gym. Some of the equipment is very tired and it can be a bit disconcerting when your treadmill or elliptical trainer starts squeaking and shaking during use - there are plenty of these bits of kit though so you learn which are OK pretty quickly. Loads of free weights but machines are fewer and people love to use them as seats for a chat with their mates. If your new to the gym world then there are not a lot of staff on hand to help you work stuff out, it is however clean but always busy. A good value gym.

The gym environment is very large for car parking and other parking options. The gym is very neat, a lot of machines to work with and nice staff.
Overall I love JD Gyms.
