I started the gym when it was exercise…
I started the gym when it was exercise for less. When the changeover happened i stayed with them and lost a lot of weight, so I was happy. Only complaint is sometime no one on gym floor to ask questions. and the big gun Mangement don't tend to update. classes on the Timetable. I been coming to a class as seen it on the app or timetable and got there only to be told its changed just not been updated

This is my first membership with a gym
This is my first membership with a gym. So far, I think it’s great value for money and great variety of classes to choose from.
Would be idea for a steam room or sauna in the East Kilbride branch.
So far I’ve found it very convenient and I’m looking forward to continuing to use the facilities. The change rooms are are a great size as well as the studios.

Gym review
I joined the gym last week very impressed with it, very well organised a lot of equipment to choose from. Very clean. And if it’s busy still plenty to choose from. Spin class was fab

it’s an excellent gym tons of equipment everything you can possibly need is in this gym you don’t really have to wait to get on any machines

QR codes to enter the gym weren’t…
QR codes to enter the gym weren’t working and there was no staff around to help.
Eventually had to leave, was very disappointed.

Great gym
Really easy to use. First time at the gym was yesterday and it is massive! Didn't have to wait for anything and the trainers were friendly. Someone who is nervous about using a gym, I felt OK! It would be fab if the App can tell you how many people are in to gauge how busy it is and flavoured water machine for members ;)
