I recently joined the gym
The women's area is nice and the mixed gym is spacious. The people who work at the gym are friendly and helpful.

Removal of Tv and certain equipment .
I miss the TV screens. No music very quiet. I preferred the lay out of the Gym the way it was a few years ago , certain machines are gone. However the staff are very attentive and always willing to help.

clean and spacious
I am impressed with how clean and spacious this gym is. I like the lighting and the many air supply and ventilators. The only thing I could suggest to change in the future is to make it possible to introduce a friend to training with you several times a month for free as part of your membership and discounts for students, please.

The widest range of kit I have ever…
The widest range of kit I have ever seen in a gym, with options for many different kinds of training including functional movement, free weights, and loads of squat racks, which are placed in an area of low traffic so there is minimal risk of dangerous distraction. Impressive large studio, and clean and fresh with good ventilation.

False advertisement!!
You cancel and they still want to charge you 2 instalments!!!
They claim their memberships are under NO CONTRACT but take over 25 working days to reply a cancelation request and charge you during this time...
When raising the issue I got a reply that my cancelation is processed and I`d have one more payment the following month...
Is it my fault they take more than a month to read their cancelation requests?

I was not not showed around.
Had to figure everything out myself.

Inductions are not compulsory, so you are free to start using the gym immediately after joining if you feel happy to do so.
We absolutely do offer them though, so If you would like an induction, please get in touch with your gym directly and a member of the team can help arrange this for you.
You can email the manager on dundee@jdgyms.co.uk or speak to a member of staff next time you are in.

Spacious, Clean and Friendly service
It is a spacious gym enough equipment for everyone, friendly service and hospitality cool fresh air everywhere you go tidy racks and equipment good lighting and free wifi its just splendid im enjoying it very much definitely not going to stop anytime soon lol😅
