It was ok
It was ok. No where near enough equipment, have to wait a fair amount of time to use most machines. Could do with at least two of everything. Also, weights are left literally everywhere with people throwing them here there and everywhere, this really needs to be resolved. Overall, it is an ok gym but could do with a lot of improvements.

modern gym facilities
Very nice and modern gym. Machines are always clean and in good condition. The registration process was easy and fast, fully online, however, I am sure they would help you there in person if there were problems as well.
Just sometimes during the week in the evening it is very busy, that is the only criticism.

JD Darlington
I have just joined JD after leaving another gym. JD in Darlington is a really good gym with equipment for nearly every type of workout. The site is also large enough that you never feel like you’re overcrowded, at least on the days and times I’ve been in.

Parking is a issue
Parking is a issue , not enough spaces in the evening can be a problem , having to park over the street nearby,
Also it would be helpful if any of the staff walk around watching how people use the equipment and teach or show the way , how people can achieve their goals as I’ve not seen this

I love gym me
A great gym with lots of facilities catering to lots of different people. The staff are also great. I forgot my shorts one time and a staff member lent me there joggers. The music is a bit overbearing but i guess that's the same in other gyms, it can also get a bit cold sometimes

Could be better
Few bits of equipment that have been out of order for a while. Never see a member of staff and although it’s a nice gym, nobody wants to help unless you pay extra.

If you come back a second time in the same day, please press the green buzzer button near the gates and someone will let you in. The app does only grant entry once per day, but you're welcome to come back as many times as you like, we'll just need to let you in. 👍
If that’s something you do regularly, please speak to the Manager next time you visit, and they can help or drop your gym an email if you can’t see a Manager to speak to

I’m really loving this gym
I’m really loving this gym, very clean and plenty equipment with super friendly staff! My only drawback would be that sometimes it is super cold!
