Very cramped up in past when I visited…
Very cramped up in past when I visited jd in Bradford it had a vast space now they have put more machines in but not space there is no pull up bar rack which they use to have before.

Can’t get access, still waiting for help
Well I’ve been to the gym before so I know I like it but the issue is I can’t get access to the gym. My QR code will scan but the door won’t open. Been waiting to hear back from someone to resolve the issue

This is the Bradford gym BD1 next to…
This is the Bradford gym BD1 next to Jsyk which has closed down. The main issue I have is how many weights and dumbells are lying around. Gym users should put them away but the staff are non existent. Nowhere to be seen. It's such a hazard and I can never find a pair of dumbells or plates because they're scattered across the gym floor.

Not the best…
The showers are not cleaned regularly and the weights machines in the womens area are out of order - AGAIN!
On the plus side, if the machines were working, there are plenty of different ones to choose from

Facilities are crap machines are…
Facilities are crap machines are squeaky and unclean sweaty and old outdated plus showers are filthy drainage in shower are always blocked or dont work no hangers in shower and always overcrowded and smelly cleanliness is 3 out of 10 and experience is also 3 out of not recommended do not use this gym its not worth a single penny pure gym is better Bradford UNI gym is better

Worst gym I've ever been to
Worst gym I've ever been to. Filthy and unhygienic (no wipes or spray), the equipment is usually out of order or missing, there's too many people even first thing in the morning. Lots of guys don't put the weights back or leave them on the floor so the rest of us can trip over them. Some of the members are anti-social creating a hostile atmosphere in the weights section. I just want to work out but feel like I always have to be on guard here. If I had a better alternative I would go elsewhere but there is nothing else in the area. The only positive is that some of the staff are nice people.

Best Gym EVER
I came to look around before joining and the member of staff was very helpful and informative. Plus I’ve wanted to join a new gym that had a sauna that was open 24hrs a day. I’ve saved money since joining and I continue to have access to free classes. VERY HAPPY NEW MEMBER

I paid for membership but my QR scanner is not working i also drop a mail to the gym but they can’t help me I can’t enter in the gym i think i waste my money 👎

Oh no! We're really sorry that you were unable to gain access to the gym on this occasion, but please don't let that be your last visit...
Our gyms have barriers at the entrance which you can open using our contactless entry app. If you are unable to gain entry for whatever reason, there is a green button near the gates. Press that and it alerts a member of staff to your presence. Someone will come over to help.
