I can ask questions, explain what I’m experiencing, talk through personal concerns, and get feedback, understanding, and guidance from people who are genuinely knowledgeable and have experience with so many different clients. But the biggest change for me has been what this experience has given me in my everyday life. Losing 35 pounds has completely changed my confidence and the way I feel in my body. I feel comfortable wearing whatever I want, and I’m willing to do things now that I never would have considered before. I can enjoy yoga and Pilates, and I recently ordered an aerial silk swing, which is something I honestly never would have done if I were still carrying that extra 35 pounds.

For me, this has become about so much more than losing weight. It’s given me confidence, freedom, and the willingness to actually participate in life instead of holding myself back.
