I ordered 1 Avocet ABS MK3 Ultimate 3 Star KA Keyed Alike Anti-Snap Euro Cylinder. The product page offered two options: “Key to Existing Lock Code (No Keys Supplied)” and “Keyed Alike (3 Keys Total, Min 2 Locks)”. However, for a single-cylinder order both options lead to the same result: no keys are supplied. As a result, I had to order keys separately at additional cost.
I emailed customer service twice and raised my concern that both options lead to the same result when only one cylinder is ordered, but they did not address my point. I also submitted a review on their product page raising this issue, but it has not been published.
Be careful when placing your order.
That said, I still give them 3 stars because the cylinder and keys work as expected.

I am sorry for the confusion caused when ordering your cylinder.
Having reviewed this again, the issue arose because the order for a single cylinder was placed as “Keyed Alike (3 Keys Total, Min 2 Locks)” and an existing ABS key code was also entered. In this situation, the cylinder was produced to match the existing code, which meant keys were not supplied as standard. We do appreciate that this was not clear enough on the listing, and we understand why this caused frustration.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As a result of your feedback, we have now updated the listing to make this clearer for future customers and to help avoid the same confusion happening again.
Regarding your comment about the website review, I can confirm that your review is live. Reviews do sometimes take a little time to appear because they pass through spam checks and moderation before being published.

Having recently broken my back door handle, and discovering that it was a uncommon size, I stumbled across JCP's website. Clearly set out, with all information readily available, made my shopping experience exceptionally better during a stressful moment.
I found a few options in my size, which were competitivley priced. Many different delivery options were also available (thankfully!) and I opted for the "Premium Tracked 24", at a respectable £4.99. Item was packed well and arrived in perfect condition.
Overall I'm well impressed with JCP Hardwares and will be recommending to all family and friends.

I had recently moved into my home and the hinge on my bi folding doors sheared off.
The previous owners had no idea who had installed the doors, so I was having a nightmare to find the right hinge as there are thousands on the market.

Ordered replacement upvc window epag lock assembly but made mistake on the type. Make sure you check if you need a "offset" or "inline" type. I needed offset where the plate is against one side nearest the handle side, rather than in centre.
But they gave full refund after I returned it and ordered correct version.
Good stock, service and delivery.

Window installation firm let me Downey not supplying patio door handle so looked on t'interweb and got a few companies, sent an email and sketch and John replied with a possible replacement but queried email of my dimensions which I rechecked and found his was correct. After telling the window installation company Notton bother ( after waiting 6 weeks for a handle) I ordered the handle Wednesday evening, arrived today (Friday), straight forward replacement, fitted in 10 minutes. Would recommend using them.
