Terrible agency. Nearly 6 months into my tenancy and I still haven't got the 3 fobs I've been trying to get since moving in. The company FIRSTPORT that manage the development will only sell fobs to owners so has to go through the agency and nearly 6 months later still waiting. This issue is also part site management (FIRSTPORT) fault as well.
Outstanding service. Myself and my family stayed in one of the properties managed by JC Living Solutions about a year ago for 2 month until we completed the purchase of our property. It was decorated to a high standard and well furnished
As a result, I asked them to manage one of my flat in Mile End on a short term R2R agreement, although it was an area they do not normally cover. It was well managed and rent was always paid on time or in advance, which was fantastic. Can't recommend them enough
JC living solutions are currently managing a property of mine in Croydon as I now live abroad.
The piece of mind I get knowing such a professional, friendly and trustworthy bunch are looking after travelling abroad stress free.
Since leaving the UK I've not had to worry about my house once, if I needed anything from Stephen or Tony they were always more than happy to help, and therent is always on time. And you only have to look at their profolio to see the professional touch they add to a property when they take charge of it.
Can't rate these guys highly enough. It's a joy to work with them.
