I’ll always come here first

I needed stencils but I wasnt sure of the right size. So I reached out to them via email, and I got amazing customer service and support lightning fast. I also got my order so quickly! The quality of the stencils are chefs kiss!! Thank you all so much!!

My experience with JBCC was exceptional

My experience with JBCC was exceptional. My first order appeared stuck in the USPS tracking system and assumed lost. I called JBCC and they immediately sent out another order via priority. It arrived just in time for me bake the cookies I promised for my grandson's birthday. Thank you JBCC

I'm so confused

I'm so confused, I ordered the 4 inch cookie cutter and thought the 3 inch stencil would work. It didn't. My fault for ordering the wrong one. Now I order the 4 inch for the 4 inch cookie cutter that you offer, thinking it's the right size. It's not, it's too big. I'm so frustrated because I have client waiting for their cookies. I don't see as an option of 3.5 inch. What is wrong here, please help.

Hello Imelda, I’m sorry for the confusion. These two items are not the same design, so they will not fit together in any size. I have purchased several different items. Every item has been exceptional. Exactly as described. The one thing, I would like to see come with the order would be a colored picture as is shown on website for easy quick reference.
