Honestly really happy with this. The Barrettine wood preserver does exactly what I needed it to do and the finish looks great. Ordered from Jaxons and it turned up the next day, all packed properly with no mess or leaks. Can’t really ask for more – will definitely be ordering from them again.
Offered same day shipping and next day delivery. What a joke. Nothing received nearly a week later and no tracking details. When I wrote to them via their website to complain the email bounced back. Loads of other companies offer the same product without the supposed “free next day delivery” and for no more money. I feel I made a big mistake here.
Great experience with Jaxons Clean! The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service you get, and everything feels great value for money. Delivery was quick and reliable, with no issues at all. Definitely recommend
Sent me a damaged tub of leaking Karndean glue. They thought wrapping it in cling film was acceptable. Was in an a terrible state by the time it arrived. Unable to use the product or get a refund/replacement as ignored my email. So out of pocket. Was not down to delivery aa no damage to box. Awful company. Would avoid. Please note I have had no response directly from Jaxons or a refund as they mention below in their response. Very dishonest clearly. They don’t even know who I am from this review!
