Incredible training on buying short lease flats
Jason is an expert when it comes to profiting from short lease flats. Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to be mentored by him on this strategy. Short Lease Course
Over the summer, I did Jason Patterson’s Short lease course, it was brilliant. Jason knows short-lease property inside out and breaks it all down in a way that I could understand. You leave with a solid understanding and actionable steps you can use right away.
What really stood out was Jason himself – knowledgeable, easy going, approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely wants you to succeed. The 1-on-1 format made it personal and tailored to me, so I walked away feeling confident and ready to dive in.
If you’re thinking about short-lease deals, I cannot recommend Jason enough.

You can tell Jason was a teacher in his previous career …
Having recently had experience with Jason’s one to one short lease program I can only recommend….
His background as a teacher comes across in his profession approach .
This is not to usual get rich quick seminar but a genuinely enriching one to one program which passes on some of Jason’s wealth of experience

The training sessions were well structured, information provided was clear and easy to understand. I had opportunities to ask further questions after the training sessions via email and on WhatsApp. I always received prompt responses to my questions, which was excellent!
