Photos on website nothing like item received. Thin and see through. Have returned said item for refund, which I did receive but requested refund via PayPal 'report a problem', after reading the reviews regarding others experiences of getting a redund.

Duvet OK, but no customer service. No email to say order received and on its way. Label addressed to house next door. I ran down the stairs to catch the DPD van and wrenched my knee! I am 74 and have arthritis. When I got hold of the parcel, the box was torn open and repaired by DPD tape. Won't order anything from them again.

I ordered one ivory silk king pillow case- arrived in three days and is absolutely beautiful and simple, exactly Eastbourne need, natural fabric for my menopausal head.
Very impressed, and will order more, now.
I can’t understand some of these reviews, the one that received their item a little over a week after Christmas - erm - there was a highly disruptive postal strike, if I recall correctly…
Anyway, I’m very happy, and will be buying new pillow cases every month, as per my budget allowing !

Impressed with speed of delivery of my order (king size duvet) 3 days from order placement to delivery.
Love the product. Will be ordering some more to replace my tired old goose filled ones

Purchased a pair of silk (ivory) Pyjamas for my wife for Christmas. Initially delighted and felt like an excellent product.

After a few weeks the buttons started to loosen and eventually fell off. Then the stitching started to loosen. It's now April and they're fit for the bin.

Followed all the care instructions and they went unworn for some months after the buttons started falling off.

Poor quality. Very disappointed as they weren't cheap and now my wife thinks I bought some knock off gear. Bit embarrassed until I had to dig out the receipt and show her.

Their client service is non existant, they do not answer emails and they did not make a refund for returned item.

Very happy with the leather gloves. Super quality and sent out very fast in time for a Christmas present.

EDIT- since my review Ive so far just had an auto reply from my email but odd!- when I try to log back in to jasmine silk- my account is temporarily disabled & Im wondering why? Ive bought from this company repeatedly and if theyve locked me out of my account this is customer service at its worst.
I've had to contact jasminesilk and once they respond I will update this review.
I ordered 3 silk pillowcases, a silk eye mask and silk gloves (not the thermal liners- the overnight beauty gloves) all Christmas presents for others.
I've bought their one side silk one cotton pillowcases on many occasions.
I'm really happy with the pillowcases. The silk eye mask however does not feel like true silk. It arrived with the filling lumpy. Bare in places. This couldn't be a comfortable fit or relaxing experience on anyones watch.
The gloves also don't feel remotely like silk. They have a stretch to them also which shows whatever they are made of- there's something man-made in there- which completely takes from the concept of the silk material being moisturising and good for the skin.
I'm really gutted and hope this to be resolved way before Christmas.

Superb customer service, excellent products, their silk blankets and modal leggings are perfect, beautiful quality. Shipping is fast. I highly recommend Jasmin Silk, I have purchased from them over the years and I absolutely love everything I have bought from them.

Firstly I bought their lightweight summer silk duvet to get me through this heatwave - arrived next day. Then worried about getting it dirty with no lightweight cover. Ordered bamboo one - came next day.

In the past I've bought silk base layer tops and glove liners - no issues. I'd recommend them.

Terrible customer service, they don't respond to any emails.

Very happy with my half silk/half cotton pillow cases. Great value with a discount code. I ordered three but only two were delivered. A quick call to the company and I received the third the very next day.

Not sure why there are three entries for this company on Trust Pilot, perhaps they could look into this!

I second the reviews complaining about the quality of the products. The gloves I ordered are of terrible quality and look nothing like the ones in the pictures on their website. Avoid.

Extremely poor service and items Avoid!!!

I ordered two pillowcases and one of them is the incorrect one. Also I didn’t receive any emails about my order being dispatched or on the way. I am so disappointed as their customer service is the worst. I am trying to get in contact because I ordered a blue one not the black pillowcase and now I’m having difficulty contacting them.

I bought a men’s pyjama set recently. On the first night my partner wore the pyjamas a button fell off. I contacted their customer service team who were annoyingly unhelpful. They offered me a £10 refund. However, after sewing the button back on myself, the next night two more buttons fell off! For the price I paid I expected better quality. When I asked for an exchange, as the product I received may have been faulty, their reply was “ I am not sure the reason which caused the button off. I am just bit worry if the new one has the same problem.” I feel ripped off!

I had a very basic problem with delivery as it took a few days to arrive. I emailed Jasmine Silk and received a really quick, professional and very friendly response from Leon. He could not have been more helpful and remained in email contact with me until my order arrived. He gave such great customer service, and could not have been more helpful. Also, the quality of the products I bought are just beautiful. For all things silk, you won’t get better quality of silk, or better customer service as you will from Jasmine Silk.

Bought silk bedding from jasmine silk spent just under £400. Within 12 months the quilt cover was bobbling really badly, it wasn't due to washing wrong or rough skin (the fitted sheet and pillowcases were fine). I contacted jasmine silk and got a reply email from leon, he asked where was the bobbling? I replied saying it was on the complete underside of the duvet cover. He replied again asking for pictures as proof, i sent pictures, he asked again whereabouts are the bobbles? Are they across the bottom? I explained again that they are on the complete underside. He just kept replying with odd questions to my emails and got the feeling he was taking the mick and not taking it seriously, this went on for a couple of months). I was about to buy another set of bedding but il definitely be buying elsewhere. This company needs reporting. You cant just sell expensive items and not deal with complaints or after sales problems and definately not ignore people who have paid and never received their items, that is just stealing and theft of money. I dont know how they are getting away with it.

I have just bought silk bed-sheets, pillow cases, duvet and duvet cover and a silk throw from Jasmine Silk for my mother who is so sadly in her last days and desperately needed bedding to make her as comfortable as possible.
The items are lovely and my mother is as comfortable as she could be, as the silk regulates her temperature and keeps her warm without being heavy. She couldn't stand any other bedding on her and kicked it off she is so ill, but she doesn't do that with the silk.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the delivery company messed up on the original delivery date, otherwise the items would have been delivered the following day.
I had seen some of the negative reviews, but my experience has been that the product is excellent.
I hope to purchase some more for myself in the future.

I am really pleased with my first order from Jasmine Silk. I ordered 3 bamboo headbands and they arrived impressively quickly. The quality is superb. I have tried for years to buy absorbent headbands for my yoga and gym training. I have wasted so much money on headbands advertised as “cotton” which are often mixed with a lot of man-made fibre and are therefore non- absorbent. They usually split at the seams as they are too tight on my head. Your bamboo headbands are perfect. They are soft, absorbent, comfortable and are generously sized. I am so impressed I have ordered some more today. Thank you.
