Had my 981 Boxter in for a service and mentioned it was for sale. Jonny, the General Manager suggested a Sale or Return contract whereby Jasmine advertised the car and sold it. What a seamless and efficient service with the car sold in two weeks for a good price. Jonny kept me fully informed throughout and even paid for an MOT. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell.

Another great job done on servicing my boxter at a price considerably less than main dealer. In addition I fell ill and they at almost no notice arranged to pick up and deliver the car back. I can not recommend this organisation highly enough . Customer service was off the chart.

I’ve been using Jasmine Porsche for around 3 years now and have had two cars with them — a Cayenne and currently a Panamera. My Panamera is with them at the moment, and as always, they have been amazing.

The staff truly know their stuff and are extremely helpful. Jake in particular is fantastic — honest, approachable, and always willing to take the time to go through things in detail. I really appreciate how he explains everything thoroughly, making you feel confident and informed.

Jasmine has looked after my Ferrari for 2 years now. This year doing the larger service including auxiliary belts. Fantastic, friendly group of people. Jake and Jonny are great to deal with and very helpful. They diagnosed a faulty TPMS sensor for me and changed it saving a small fortune over dealer prices. They also changed my rear shocks, again saving money over a dealer and it’s transformed the car ready for a trip across Europe. The workshop is always immaculate and they have a waiting room with WiFi so you can work while you wait which is very convenient. I would highly recommend them. Thanks.

Got myself in a pickle with my bonnet closed after I'd disconnected my battery to do a job. Jonathan advised me what to do over the phone and not to hesitate to come back to him if his advice didn't sort it first time. Pleased to say his advice worked and I heard the sweet sound of my bonnet "pop" open, I was so relieved. He's an absolute legend 👍

Jasmine fit my Porsche in straight away, quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and repaired my vehicle within a couple of days. Dealt with Jake who was very efficient. Great team, super service, would definitely recommend to all Porsche owners.

Had an pre purchase inspection done on a GT3RS 4.0... they opened up between Christmas and New Year to help me facilitate the deal. I was kept up to date throughout and the report at the end was the most comprehensive report I’ve ever seen. Brilliant service, very knowledgeable and great guys.

Just had a major service on my 996 2004 C4S cab 42,000 miles from new. I am the second owner of this vehicle from 2006 and following all service previously done at main dealer with no issue i connected with Jasmine 3 years ago. Great people, great porsche trained technicians and great support I live in lytham but its well worth the journey and I know I trust them to do a great job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU for your outstanding service as always! Brake pads replaced whilst I waited, they also road tested the vehicle, plus gave the vehicle an overall health check. I will be continuing to use Jasmine to service my Porsche from now on. Less than half the price of the main dealer, but twice the service, and they are honest which is something you don't experience when using a main dealer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a problem with my Macan Turbo recently. Jonathan reacted quickly to assess the car and I had the car back within a couple of days despite the parts having to be ordered. Both my car and my husbands 911 Turbo S cabriolet are serviced by Jasmine as opposed to a dealership as the customer service is excellent.

Usually, I don’t take part in reviews. However, in this particular case I just couldn’t resist. A colleague, who himself got a reputation for being an expert himself with cars, recommended Jasmine PL as I got problems with my used 911 996 Carrera 4.
I had problems with the gearbox, gears 1,3,5 and the reverse didn’t work.
Tomorrow, I‘ll have to drive around 700 miles.
So I called Jasmine whether they’d be willing to take a look on short notice. The man on the phone was very friendly, asked about what sort of issue it is and called me in.
Immediately after my arrival, the guys payed attention to me and my car. I was offered a coffee and was guided to the waiting room where you could easily tell: these guys are passionate about Porsches!
After 20 minutes or so, the young man came back, handed back my keys with a smile and said that the problem is fixed. I asked him what the Problem was, he was able to explain the Detail (though I didn’t understand everything as I’m not a native speaker).
I was very happy and asked him how much I’d owe him. He said „just 20 quid“. I told him if it would be possible to double or triple the amount. He gave me a handshake, wished me a Merry Christmas and told me: „just leave us a good review“.
Wow. What can I say? Give it a go!

James is a credit to your company and have every confidence in him therefore making is easier leaving my pride and joy with you.

Bought my first Porsche, got it home and felt it was not quite right,
took it back to the dealer who re inspected it to find no fault. I contacted Jasmine and arranged for the car to be inspected by them.
This resulted in an estimate of £1850 for repairs. Jonathan advised that I should ask the dealer for a considerable contribution to the cost or reject the car. The dealer accepted Jasmine's quote and the contribution was made, I now have a Fab car fit for purpose and the reassurance of it being fixed by a totally professional specialist garage. I think Jonathan went beyond the call of duty in the negotiations with the dealer. Fantastic service.

Great service. Very helpful and willing to investigate compatibility of parts. In future this will be the first place I look for parts. I was dealt with by Matt who gave an exceptional service. Thanks.

Booked my Cayenne turbo in for a new thermostat which is no easy job on those. Was given a rough estimate of cost and time required to complete the work. Took the car in and received it back within 24hrs in perfect order and running correctly and for the price quoted, very professional service and put you at ease when leaving your vehicle at a garage. Many thanks, cannot recommend you enough.
