I am very please with the service they provided. This company bent over backwards to deliver my flowers even when my location had changed. At the end, I chose to had them delivered to a neighbor, and they did. Their customer service was excellent. Because I was not available to receive them in person, they sent me a picture as well. I'm sure they had multiple customers but I felt as if I was the only one.
Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service during this time of mourning.

My son was getting married in Dominican Republic and i ordered flowers from the UK for my son and his wife. The staff at Jardin floral went over and above to please, very nice staff to deal with. The flowers I ordered were fresh absolutely stunning. I am well pleased. Would highly recommend

Im not sure if they change management recently, I was a satisfied customer for three years until this Valentine day, my wife never received her roses 🌹 & teddy bear I ordered for V-Day, I order 2/12/2025. Maybe they overwhelmed, but I will not use them again. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication 😕

Do not trust their picture. I paid $250 dollar for a bucket of flower and my mom received something very different and cheap.
