Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We had booked a table for seven people, but despite the restaurant being almost completely empty, we were told we would have to sit separately.
We politely asked if we could move to a more comfortable table, but the request was immediately refused without any willingness to listen. The staff, especially the gentleman at the entrance, were dismissive and unhelpful from the start. We were also told they wanted us to sit by the window to make the restaurant look more populated, which we weren't comfortable with.
When we said we would rather leave than stay somewhere our concerns were being ignored, the gentleman at the entrance became rude instead of trying to resolve the situation. We hadn't even ordered any food yet, so there was no reason they couldn't accommodate such a simple request.
Very poor customer service. We left without ordering because of the way we were treated.
We never wanted to sit on the window seats anyway. So I don't understand how is that our responsibility even after denying to sit there when more than half the restaurant was empty. It was not mentioned anywhere on there booking page.
