Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify several points, as some of the information stated here is incorrect.

Your order was placed on September 14 and delivered on September 29, meaning the delivery took approximately 15 days, not 30 days.

You also received the size that was selected and ordered at checkout. The dimensions were clearly stated on the product page, so an incorrect size was not sent.

Regarding the item arriving damaged, we are genuinely sorry about that. Damage during transit can unfortunately occur when a parcel is not handled carefully by the carrier. Nevertheless, we take responsibility for helping our customers resolve these situations and will always offer the appropriate solution once the issue is confirmed.

We completely understand being disappointed by a damaged delivery, but we do ask that reviews accurately reflect the order details and what was actually received. We remain available to resolve the genuine issue with the damaged item properly.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry that both items arrived damaged.

Unfortunately, the damage occurred during transit with the carrier. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we offered the choice of either a free replacement or a full refund, and a full refund has since been issued.

We always want to handle situations like this fairly and make sure our customers are never left paying for an item that arrived damaged. While we can’t always control how parcels are handled during shipping, we can control how we respond when something goes wrong, and we’re committed to resolving these situations quickly and professionally.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we hope you’ll consider giving Japanese Kitchen Supply another chance in the future.

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify what happened with your order, as the cancellation was not made without explanation.

Unfortunately, the item you ordered became unavailable from our U.S. stock after your order was placed. We contacted you to explain the situation and offered to import the item for you instead. However, this would have resulted in a longer delivery time.

As you understandably did not wish to wait for the extended shipping timeframe, we offered you the alternative of a full refund. You chose the refund option, and we subsequently cancelled and refunded the order accordingly.

We’re sorry that the item was unavailable and for the inconvenience this caused, but we always aim to be transparent with our customers and provide a fair solution when an unexpected stock issue occurs.
