We have been using JAN-PRO for years at our office. Frances and Richard have never let us down on their cleaning services. They go above and beyond what they are required to do. When they are at our facility and notice something out of the ordinary around our office, they give me a call to let me know, which is very appreciated as they do not have to do that.

Great service, correct issues when requested in timely fashion, and regular follow up from head office team. Appreciate the Jan Pro communication books as they are a great way to communicate issues. Do wish there were consistencies in the follow up from their head office, some regions reach out regularly while others not at all to ensure the franchises are maintaining standards. I liked the in person checks, Jan-Pro managers can see for themselves things my staff aren't necessarily concerned about. With Covid only one region performed them in person. They are there if I ever need but I've really appreciated the proactive nature of London and Toronto East Regional locations.

The cleaning crew which is run by PV is 10 out of ten. On the corporate side the billing has been a challenge so that lowers the score

Overall satisfied with a basic clean - mop, sweep, wipe down surfaces, empty garbage etc. If anything is missed we note it in the book to clean next time. I would suggest courtesy calls are limited to quarterly rather than monthly.

We started with causal janitorial services then it developed into a regular weekly schedule since Nov 2022. Our employees are happy with our office cleanliness and disinfection. Jan Pro Toronto's team is beyond amazing, very responsive to emails and queries. They are prompt with high level of customer service/satisfaction. The whole process was really smooth and professional since we started initiating the account with them, they were very responsive, catered all of our needs in addition to offering a very reasonable price.
