Overall my experience has been excellent. My only concern is on some occasions replacement and new team members completing cleaning tasks do not always rise to the very high level of standard that has been set, and thus have come to expect. I realize that not everyone who works for Jan Pro will be giving their 100%. For those that do the result is excellent, but when others fail to work at this level it shows.

The set up process and the cleanings have all been excellent. Great processes in place to make sure everything is taken care of.

Jim recently took over the cleaning of our clinic. The attention to detail has been very noticeable- very happy with the quality of service provided!

Lemuel and Arlyn have been wonderful to work with, their communication and attention to detail while preforming their services make them irreplaceable asset to us. I'd highly recommend them if you require commercial janitorial services.

Emron and his amazing crew were punctual and worked so diligently in completing the job in a short time frame.
