Fantastic choice to purchase a package through Jampack!! Super simple, everything confirmed, expectations met above and beyond. Will definitely use again for future festivals. Thank you!!

Booking my hotel through Jampack was easy. Loved that process. But when it came to actually checking into my hotel, they tried to tell me I didn't pay for my room and needed to pay again. I'm not sure if the communication between Jampack and the hotel needs works, but it was frustrating and very concerning driving 7 hours to then be told that I needed to pay an additional $1600. I also bought shuttle passes and the info I got from Jampack told me to pick them up at a different location. 2 hotels and 45 minutes later, I found a place to pick them up and they said I should have been able to pick them up at my hotel. A lot of confusion on the first day but the rest of my time was fine.

Great experience in the end. Better post purchase communication would help.

Hotel choices were good. I thought that Jampack should have better support for arrivals to each hotel. A bit more of a welcome package at least to feel like you are part of something and better transportation options to and from the hotel. The bus option was inconvenient, no where to be found after the show and too expensive. The ubers were cheaper than the bus and more convenient but also a terrible venue set up for the shared rides. The local police made it extremely difficult for shared ride unnecessarily. It is almost a deal breaker for the future. The rest was great. The merchandise for the festival was lame and to get many of the other merchandise the $50 voucher could not be used which was annoying as well to get something I did not want because even the hats were no decent 'dad' hat style. The perks were not great with jampack but the hotel was really good choice for us. Not sure I would do it again with the lack of transportation included in the package for downtown hotels. And down town was the place to be for other activities before show time and days before and after.

Easy to use website, just wish there was more payment plan options

I had an issue with my hotel dates and so I had sent out an SOS, lol. The team responded within a few days and provided us with a solution. My only complaint would be that I wish they had a contact number where you could speak directly with someone.

Loved the hotel, the ease of purchase, customer service. Including transportation to/from the venue with the hotel would have been incredibly helpful. I ended up waiting 3 hours for an Uber.

Loved it. Other than the fact the hotel prices are per person. A room should. Just what a room costs. Not per person.

Hotel package should get you in/out privileges. I shouldnt have to buy my ticket from you.

We loved the experience, access to the stages and the bathrooms, however, the bathrooms needed to be better maintained, my biggest problem was people who weren't supposed to be in the VIP area that kept getting in due to lax security. Also in the tented area several people would "save" tables for the entire day. Meaning more than 1 spot for themselves so they could go back and forth for the acts they wanted to see. While the rest of us stood. We paid extra to have the privilege and it was sad to see such selfish people.

All of my bookings were correct. Had no problem getting my tickets or anything that came with my package. I will use again on my next festival.
