I was interested in purchasing from this company after repeatedly seeing their Instagram ads and reels showcasing their packaging products.

Unfortunately, my experience trying to make contact has been disappointing. Around 10 weeks ago, I commented on an Instagram post, sent an email, and submitted an enquiry through the contact form on their website. Despite making several attempts through different channels, I have not received any response or acknowledgement.

As a potential customer who was genuinely interested in placing an order, this lack of communication has left me questioning the level of customer service existing customers receive. Ten weeks is more than enough time to acknowledge an enquiry, even if only to advise of delays.

Their packaging appears attractive and professional, which is what initially drew me to the company. However, responsiveness and customer support are equally important when choosing a supplier. Sadly, due to the complete lack of communication, I have decided to look elsewhere.

I hope this feedback encourages the company to improve their response times and communication with prospective customers.

Good quality and fast delivery. Got a quick reply on WhatsApp and I’m looking forward to placing a custom order.

These people lost me customers with faulty packaging, they just fell apart and broke everywhere. That was every bit of packaging I used and they didnt offer any help or even an apology, use at your own risk!!!

Didn't receive my order. Awful costumer service. They never replied to any of my 3 emails requesting information about the order. After one month, I still didn't receive the items that were paid for immediately (times advertised were 3 business days for EU deliveries). They removed reviews on facebook.
