Great aftersales service
I purchased a Dell refurbished screen (AW2723DF) from Jamm21 several months ago at a significantly discounted price, which was a great saving. The screen was described as being in excellent condition and refurbished by Dell. When it arrived, it was exactly as described; unless you had been told it was refurbished, you would have assumed it was brand new.
The screen has been fantastic, and I highly recommend this model. However, after a few months, a blue vertical line appeared on the screen, running from top to bottom. Upon investigating online, I discovered that a few of these screens from Dell have had a similar fault. Sometimes, this can be fixed by adjusting the ribbon inside, but this was beyond my skill level. Since the screen was still under warranty, I contacted Jamm21.
I am extremely happy with their support and aftersales service. They arranged to send me a box (as I had long since disposed of the original one), and I sent the screen back. They attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Jamm21 offered me a full refund or several other options.
I wanted to write this review because aftersales support is so important nowadays. Sometimes tech will go wrong, but having a good company that communicates well makes the process of returns as frictionless as possible.
I am very happy to recommend buying from Jamm21 and will certainly do so again. They offer fantastic hardware at great prices, with the peace of mind that comes with solid aftersales service.
