I purchased a Dell refurbished screen (AW2723DF) from Jamm21 several months ago at a significantly discounted price, which was a great saving. The screen was described as being in excellent condition and refurbished by Dell. When it arrived, it was exactly as described; unless you had been told it was refurbished, you would have assumed it was brand new.

The screen has been fantastic, and I highly recommend this model. However, after a few months, a blue vertical line appeared on the screen, running from top to bottom. Upon investigating online, I discovered that a few of these screens from Dell have had a similar fault. Sometimes, this can be fixed by adjusting the ribbon inside, but this was beyond my skill level. Since the screen was still under warranty, I contacted Jamm21.

I am extremely happy with their support and aftersales service. They arranged to send me a box (as I had long since disposed of the original one), and I sent the screen back. They attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Jamm21 offered me a full refund or several other options.

I wanted to write this review because aftersales support is so important nowadays. Sometimes tech will go wrong, but having a good company that communicates well makes the process of returns as frictionless as possible.

I am very happy to recommend buying from Jamm21 and will certainly do so again. They offer fantastic hardware at great prices, with the peace of mind that comes with solid aftersales service.

I purchased two Alienware monitors which were £90 less than retail price, meaning I saved £180 in total.

So, why are they so cheap? After initially thinking this site was possibly a scam (only due to the low prices) I tried to find out why it was so cheap. It turns out that if Dell get a monitor returned, they don't bother selling it to another customer. Instead Jamm21 gets them straight from Dell for a lower price and sell them on. They even state on their website that a lot of the time the monitors have never even left the box. From what I can tell, my two monitors have never even been opened before.

On top of the cheap prices my monitors were shipped with next day shipping for free.

Ordering from Jamm 21 was very simple. All my questions answered and extra help offered if needed. Quickest delivery I've ever had from a company. Definitely a great company definitely beating others in price.

Just a quick review from my personal experience with Jamm21 Ltd.

Firstly, they had the lowest price possible for the monitor I wanted, and myself being based in Guernsey, Jamm21 even waived the VAT which a lot of larger firms won't do, so this personal touch was appreciated.

I will admit, seeing a small company in its infancy does raise some flags for me personally following some bad experiences I have had but be rest assured...

Jamm21 reverted to my query emails quickly which put me to ease, and even detailed the differences between the products I was interested in at the time.

A few days pass and low and behold the package I was expecting did indeed arrive, there were no defects etc which was a sigh of relief (RMA's from Guernsey are not fun!)

This has been a pleasant transaction which I hope will convince others that there is nothing to worry about when placing your order from Jamm21. I will personally keep them in mind when I am in need of new products going forward and wish them only success going forward.

To put it shortly, this was a leap of faith for £600+ that did indeed pay off, Jamm21 are what they say on the tin.. well, not Jam, but a trustworthy tech seller.
