Very efficient and David is extremely professional

Laura at Janes Porter was so helpful and made choosing the right ring such an easy process. We wanted to have a look round to compare other rings and prices in Argyll Arcade and she said that was fine but that we’d ‘be back’. And we were!!! The service was above excellent and we would highly recommend Laura and James Porter. Thanks Laura

Came here for our weddings rings and Laura was fabulous! Helped us chose what suited our style and my existing engagement ring. Would highly recommend. 5 star service and all with a smile.

Watch arrived less than 24 hours post order. Box nicely wrapped in tissue paper. Strap adjusted as per request. Day and date set. Tough but -1 star as time not set. But overall execllent.

Just fantastic service from the outset. Had heard great things about the company and it’s always good to see a bricks and mortar business thriving. Really helpful and engaging staff who all handled my enquiry on a Studio Underd0g Watermelon watch, perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Popped into the watch shop at James Porter. Was greeted by David who was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, was more than happy to chat watches and show us all the different brands they offer. I highly recommend this place and especially David. I will definitely return when I am next in the area.
