First online casino I tried and I already regret it. No simple explanation of bets, paytables hidden, and I only understood I couldn’t cash out bonus money after I lost everything. Great introduction, not.
Their bonus type was “sticky”, which I didn’t realize meant you can’t withdraw the bonus itself. Only found out after chatting with support, a bit late.
I didn’t realize taking a new bonus would cancel progress on the old one. Support said it’s in the rules, but it feels like a trap for people who don’t read every line.
Most promos require big deposits or high bets to get anything meaningful. If you're low stakes like me, you basically get crumbs.
