Second time selling our house with Jackie and this time with Amy helping as well. Both amazing and really helpful during process. Always available to help and checked in regularly along the way to keep up to date with how it was going.
My experience with Jackie and Andy was incredible. The house buying was extremely stressful and long, Jackie supported and reassured us through out and it would have never happened without her. I would highly recommend them both. Amazing at their jobs but also lovely people and very understanding.
An amazing service! Answering emails and calling at all type of hours which really help around working hours and helps massively to put minds at ease! This is now the forth time I have used this company to move and the service has never dropped! I'm sure I'll be back again!

Amy and Jackie have been brilliant for me and my partner! Amy recently just got us a mortgage with Halifax and was brilliant. Very quick at responding and getting things done. They have given us loads of advice. My brother also uses them and have remortgaged with them also. Nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to explain everything and ensure you take the best option for you.

JA Financial Services are fantastic. We’ve been using them for just over five years now and wouldn’t look back.
We first used JA Financial Services to purchase our home using Help to Buy in 2020 and Jackie was exceptional throughout. She guided us through everything, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Since then, Jackie has consistently provided outstanding support, proactively reaching out whenever our mortgage was due for renewal.
More recently, Jackie supported us with paying off our Help to Buy loan in October 2025. What could have been a daunting process was made incredibly simple, with our remortgage perfectly aligned to settle the HTB loan.
We can’t recommend Jackie and JA Financial Services highly enough - knowledgeable, supportive and excellent from start to finish.

We purchased our home on 22 August 2025, and Jackie Farrow was our mortgage advisor throughout the entire process. Jackie is exceptionally knowledgeable, and from start to finish she guided us through every major decision with patience and clarity. Whenever we had questions or needed clarity, we could immediately reach out to her, and she always took the time to explain our options and recommend the best choices for our needs.
Jackie also closely monitored interest rate changes during the process and made sure we secured the best possible rate. Thanks to her expertise and support, buying this property was a smooth and seamless experience for us.
I was recommended Jackie and Andy from my Family who have all been clients for a long time. We have now been using there services for a good few years and I only have positive things to say. We have used a range of services including residential mortgages, buy to let and also quite a complex business mortgage. We also had Andy complete our insurances for us, he was very helpful and explained everything in detail making sure we had the right deal and cover for our circumstances.

The team at Jafin were fantastic, I could not have asked for more. I was kept up to date with regular phone calls, emails and the process was made personable, friendly and quicker than I imagined. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
We went through the process of buying our first house and used Amy as a mortgage broker. Honestly we wouldn't have been able to do it without her as it was all a bit of a minefield for us as was not sure where to start. We had some stumbling blocks but Amy made the whole process so easy. The service was excellent and without a doubt would definitely turn to Amy again for her expertise and knowledge.
