Since CEUs are a requirement, I usually look for NEC updates or revisions, then choose a newer added section where I need to improve my knowledge. I found the solar interesting and informative, and even though the Jade format has changed over the years they have maintained a good balance between content and value.

The chapter audio option was the deciding factor. Tired of sitting around taking CE classes. I work and listen. No loss of time and $$. Just pause and take the chapter test. One earbud while I work and get my CE done. Brilliant !

Affordable, easy to use and well put together as well quick reporting to TDRL.

Class was fine. Reporting of hours to state board was dreadful. My hours were not reported for two weeks. I called several times and spoke to multiple representatives. All of them said they were working on it , but absolutely nothing was done r or reported. I had to eventually contact the state board myself to get my hours reported. The only upside to that was , the person I spoke to at the board had already had so many complaints and issues with Jade, they added my hours immediately

I have been with JADE since the inception of JADE, it has always been a first class operation and I will continue to use them for my continuing education.

Nothing that I studied was on the new tdlr texas jman exam. Save your money

You didn’t put in my hours for 2 weeks and i paid for the 2 day to put my hours in. When i called multiple times about it you gave me some bs that i need to wait longer. I tell everyone not to use you con artist

Like the old setup where I can read a page, one page per question then answer. Also being able to complete the course before I have to pull my credit card out and pay.

It was a great experience. Very efficient. I got what I needed from the school and kept on working. It let me log in and out at my pace which was very helpful.

The new JADE is terrible compared to the old system, nothing is as easy to navigate, reciprocal licenses are not explained easy to figure out how to get credit for, and personally I have heard of multiple people moving platforms as they do not like the layout or similar instances as i noted above.

There were so many typos. At least one in every test that would cause you to get wrong answers. It was very annoying. I reported them months ago and they still haven’t been changed.

Good course. Lot of good information

The website is not operating properly and nobody is responding to emails on how to correct things I had to switch to another service after being about a 10 year customer. Unfortunate because I love Jade learning

Jade never turned in my hours to the state, im guessing since i didnt want to pay 35$ for next day service.

I believe there should be more time allowed. I paid another 50 and still wasn't able to make it to the end
