I ordered several items including the Debris Net but can't actually rate the product as it wasn't in the package. I contacted Jacuzzi to advise of the missing item and last heard from them on 22nd September advising that they were contacting the courier!! Very poor customer service - matches the quality of our J435 that has had so many issues since new even though it's only lightly used nd well maintained.
