Installers were brilliant and tried to fix subsequent issues. The touchpad has a mind of its own and stops working with no warning and no perceivable pattern, the app works sometimes instead but other times says the tub is offline when connection is perfect, Bluewave is a joke, comes and goes making it unusable. Tested in parallel with a Bluetooth tower which works perfectly. All of which you know as others have reported this. Just wished I did my research and didn’t buy based on your previously good reputation. My master spa of 15 years never gave any problems till a small leak in 13th year but was costly to run and massive, hence the downsize. Bitterly regretted now.

The driver threw the parcel over the…

The driver threw the parcel over the gate, we were away, the parcel and filter got soaked , because we didn’t know it was there when we arrived home in the dark we accidentally drove over the package, now your phone lines suggest there is no one at Jacuzzi to speak to- very unhappy customer!

Highly Recommended

Had my eye on a Jacuzzi bath for some time as part of a home renovation project. Prior to getting in touch with Emma at Jacuzzi Worcestershire I was getting pretty demoralized after being given the run-around by other resellers and was seriously considering an alternative brand. Happy to say that Emma changed my perception entirely and from the outset was professional and steered me towards the right product [Sharp Double] at a price I was very pleased with. The product quality is in a league of its own and worth every penny; I look forward to many years of hydrotherapy to come.

Excellent service from the team at…

Excellent service from the team at Worcestershire Jacuzzi. I prepared myself for the hard sell as we approached the showroom but experienced nothing of the sort. Emma and Natalie were most helpful, and explained the features and benefits of each unit. They promptly organised delivery and even sorted a crane for us that was needed. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Jacuzzi Worcester

Excellent service from Emma and the Jacuzzi team in Worcester. Very informative and helpful, including with the after care once we had purchased the hot tub. The installation team did a great job overcoming some logistical challenges in our garden to remove our old hot tub and install the new one.

Everything went smoothly from originally purchasing to installation all staff were friendly helpful and courteous installation team were so friendly and helpful and had tub in situ in no time there were no hiccups at all would definitely recommend to others

Brilliant customer service from Emma. Able to trial various hot tubs. Options given but not pressurised into buying.Communication re purchase and delivery great. As was delivery and fitting. Great product too.

I need help.

I need help. I have a J13 it’s not a year old as yet my problem is when we have an interruption of power I need to reset the clock as it defaults to 12 noon my question is can it be programmed to default to midnight ? As I run heating on cheap rate which works very well.

Still waiting but told it takes up to two weeks for the factory to come back

Great customer service and knowledge

I get chlorine for my pool from Jacuzzi. The staff are always friendly and helpful and great if I need advice. Natalie in particular has great customer service skills
