Very quick response to our plumbing issues

We reported a fault with a plug in the downstairs loo and Rhian dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. The plumber attended at our convenience and Rhian ensured we were kept in the loop.

I realise the difficulty of keeping the tenant happy and finding an appropriate company for the task. Alice deals with this demanding job very efficiently. She’s a lovely person and the best I’ve seen over 40 years. She’s a gem.
