Brilliant service from start to finish, delivered by an outstanding professional.
​After waiting two years for my housing association to sort out a problem with my bedroom window, I happened to mention it to Lee when he came to my flat to complete another job arranged by my housing association. He was brilliant, taking the time to explain that Jackson-Jackson could help get it fixed for me.
I got in touch with Jess, who is always exceptionally helpful. She arranged for Lee to return today alongside a colleague, both of whom were prompt, polite and helpful. They resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
​The customer care from the entire team at Jackson-Jackson has been fantastic and Lee's work is top quality. I really cannot thank everyone enough. I am only giving five stars because the system will not let me give any more!

Jackson and Jackson came out to my home to discuss replacing my kitchen as agreed with my landlord it had to be a like for like replacement, they drew up the design which I was happy with and signed it off. I misplaced the copy of the paperwork they left with me and requested a copy by email, for them to advise they had changed the design and removed the oven and microwave unit therefore leaving me with no cooking facilities if I had not requested the copy they would not have made me aware of rhe changes.

Please every do not use this company they are totally inept and do not care about the end user read all the other reviews and see for yourself.

Very unorganised , do not turn up when promised .A complete waist of time .
