Initially changing to Xero from a manual accounting system was a daunting prospect. Jacksons made this transition very easy for us and continue to guide us and help with any questions we might have. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
We had a training course with Jackson accounts and bookkeeping services. We had both novices and an experienced accountant on the course and Kelly managed to tailor the course for everyone.
She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very patient.

The team at Jacksons are helpful welcoming and knowledgeable from Book Keeping to Wages and full Accountancy they offer the complete service. We have now worked together for several years initailly with them visiting and working with us at our office then moving to remote access but still very much an integral part of the team.
