There was constant communication vua email. When your team arrived, they were professional, did a good job and made sure the garden was clean when they left.

Friendly team, but some delays and rushed finish
The team that came to install grass in my garden was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, they arrived with the wrong type of grass at first and had to fetch the correct one, which delayed the job until around 4 in the afternoon. Because of the late start, the work felt a little rushed, and some areas weren’t rolled down as evenly as they could have been. That said, the overall job wasn’t bad, and I’m hopeful that the grass will settle and grow well.

Wood Bag Weight
I ordered 50 x 8 Kg's Bags of Blue Gum Dry Firewood but those weighed, were close to 6 kg's!

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience.
As we explained in our follow-up emails, our firewood is sold based on bag size (Volumetric weight) rather than exact weight, since weight can vary depending on the moisture content and wood density. For example, if the firewood is wet, a bag may weigh up to 13kg, while extremely dry wood can weigh as little as 5kg even though the volume per bag remains the same.
We also reached out and offered to collect the firewood and provide a refund, but did not receive a response.
Our goal is always to ensure customers are happy with both our service and products, and we remain available should you wish to arrange a collection or discuss this further.
