Amazing customer service and even better cake! Loved it!

Super helpful even though I ordered on a Sunday. Resolved my delivery issue and were really lovely.
Product arrived on time and I am told was delicious!

I placed an order for the Tiramisu cake and it was absolutely delicious, everyone enjoyed it very much and the cake was deliver on schedule and well packed. I will definitely use Jack & Beyond to cater for my cakes order in the future, I definitely recommend them.

Amazing pastries! I ordered the lemon meringue pie a couple of days before Christmas eve. Arrived on time and impressed me immensely. The actual product looks far better than the website pics. Also, the quality of ingredients, the unique method of baking and the service process in general were a real holiday treat. Highly recommend, will order again! Thank you Jack and beyond, you proved far better - *beyond* any of my expectations!

Really professional and competitively priced service. The Nutella cake I ordered was out of this world. Staff were very friendly when I came and picked it up too. Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: the mince pies arrived three days late (Royal Mail) but are AMAZING.

Still not arrived - two days late. The mince pies missed the party.

Having said that, the gingerbread mince pies I’ve had before are delicious. Shame a reliable delivery service was not used.

Absolutely gorgeous cake, delicious too just perfect for my partners 65th birthday.

Sophie and the team at Jack and Beyond surpassed all expectations with the choclate and orange birthday cake ordered for my son's 21st, the ordering process was simple, further assisted over the phone due to so much choice along with the delivery confirmation enabling the big day to be planned, the final product (cake) was well received by our guests, I would definitely recommend and will be in for a taster when time permits. Fantastic Service.

Amazing quality of the vegan cake

They supplied our mince pies for our company event and were able to deliver on time and went above our expectations with the quality.

I've ordered a cake from their website and booked the delivery from 9am to 4pm.
I wasn't informed that the delivery was late so I was at home during the whole day waiting for the cake. I had to call and message them until I got a reply.
The cake arrived around 6h30pm.
I am giving 5 stars to the cake, the taste and the freshness of the ingredients. But the service definitely should be better for a 50£ cake.. They should contact the customer and explain that they are experiencing delays or whatever happens. Even the tracking app didn't work. Thank you!

I ORDERED MINCE PIES AND A YULE LOG. THE PASTRY ON THE MINCE PIES WAS SO HARD AND THICK IT WAS INEDLIBLE. THE MINCEMEAT HAD AN UNPLEASANT SMELL AND TASTE. THE YULE LOG HAD AN ARTIFICIAL TASTE CHEAP INGREDIENTS.I COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY AND ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY REFUSED.THE ONE STAR WAS FOR DELIVERY. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Jack and Beyond simply make the Best cakes in London. We had the Elderflower and Lemon cake for our twins Birthday and everyone said it was the best cake ever!
Also they were so helpful one the phone and had it ready the following day!
