“As a residuary beneficiary of an estate where Jackamans Solicitors have been involved, my experience has been extremely poor.
Serious concerns have been raised regarding the administration of the estate, including failures to disclose assets, unexplained use of funds, and irregularities in procedure. Despite repeated formal letters, I have received no clear answers.
I have had to notify the Court, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Legal Ombudsman, and Suffolk Police of these matters. All are now aware.
In my view, this firm has demonstrated a lack of transparency, accountability, and professional responsibility towards beneficiaries. Anyone considering using them should be aware that when questions are raised, they may go unanswered, leaving matters to escalate into formal complaints and legal proceedings.”

In my personal view, Mr McGrath’s handling of these issues has fallen short of the standards of transparency and accountability expected from a regulated solicitor. Potential clients should be aware of this before engaging his services.”

I've tried to contact them 4 times in total, 3 times I've left messages on their contact form and I've made a phonecall which lead to an answering machine. They haven't contacted me back once despite me asking them to do so.
