Bisous stands by their product and their replacement program. I lost my Gunmetals while enjoying the rigors of leisure in the Caribbean and unfortunately lost them to Davy Jones.
I reached out to Bisous and the replacements were delivered next day.

UPDATE:Since writing my review just a few days ago I promptly received an email from the owner, Jonas and I received my sunglasses yesterday!!! I have not previously experienced such amazing customer service !!! Thank you Jonas for your swift attention to resolving this matter!!! I ABSOLUTELY love Bisous sunglasses and always receive compliments on them!!!! I gave my son my first pair, this order was to replace them but I look forward to ordering more in the future!!! If you are looking to support a fantastic small business this is a good one!!! They are definitely on the right track!!! Thank you Jonas!!!

I placed my order November 8th. Received an email saying my order was cancelled so I contacted customer service and was told it was a mistake and that they would be shipped out ASAP, 2 1/2 weeks later I was informed that you received my order and shipping info would follow. I STILL have not received my order.

The best sunglasses ever!
The best sunglasses ever!! This is my second pair. Lost my first and had the easiest replacement with Bisous. They also have the best loss policy. No other sunglass company offers anything like it!!

Don’t overthink this, just buy them already
The quality is amazing, even against other high end designers, these are the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned. The customer service is second to none, couldn’t recommend more.

I love this brand

Do yourself a favor: Go Bisous
I seriously bought these glasses because their advertising is some of the best I’ve seen. It helps that they’re also an awesome team of people who dream big and deliver quality products. What’s not to love? If you’re not wearing Bisous, what are you even wearing?!
10/10 would buy again. It’ll put a smile on your face the second they’re on.

I have owned very high end sunglasses through the years, but these beat them all hands down, superior style, superior craftsmanship, every detail down to the packaging, storage case, customer service,
I have already been asked at least 10 times where I got these and have told everyone to get on the website and check them out.
