I sent my Apple Watch off as I had shattered the screen on it, I got it back 3 days later with a new screen on it, I was kept informed throughout the process of my repair. Brilliant company!

Unfortunately I dropped my iwatch and smashed the screen, after getting some quotes that were just unreasonable, I found these guys iWatchRepair. The whole experience was really smooth from start to repair and return was 3 days. Scotland to London repaired and back to Scotland. My watch is like new again the work is very professional.

Excellent service. I posted my broken watch on Saturday and received it back Friday (considering this is Christmas week this is amazing!). I was kept informed at every stage of the repair and the fix is perfect.

I broke my Samsung S22 plus on Sunday, was messed about by my insurance, so I decided to get it repaired myself. Quick Google search and FMBS came up, and it was great that the website would price what I needed there and then. Paid for my purchase with the added insurance, posted the following morning (Tuesday). FMBS Nofified me that they had received my phone on the Wednesday and would let me know of the outcome, got a message Thursday morning to say everything had gone well and my phone was being posted back that day, Royal mail delivered it back to me on the Friday afternoon. Amazing service guys thanks very much, will definitely be a returning customer if I have anymore mishaps, can't fault your customer service.

Sent my watch for screen replacement on Saturday PM, returned fully repaired and back on my wrist by Wednesday AM. Fantastic service with faultless communication throughout.

Very fairly priced battery replacement for my Apple Watch Series 6. Absolutely painless door-to-door experience when combined with Royal Mail postage online and collection. The turnover speed was also remarkable. The watch went on day 1 and was back with me by day 4. Couldn’t happen faster when I’m 350 miles away.
