Another support ticket answered quickly and throughly. Today I chatted with Bill. I needed my order date pushed back several months. Today was the longest wait time I've had with IVY in just about a year….30 minutes! Bill helped me out by moving my order date; no questions asked. Every IVY customer support agent has been polite, willing to explain with patience, and is thorough with their answer. The wait time is always fast, even during the night. If I send in a support ticket very late at night (after hours) their reply is waiting for me the next morning.
To stay with a company for 50 weeks, says a lot not only about their product(s), but their fantastic customer support! I appreciate all their help and guidance on my weight loss journey. From Nov ‘25 to July ‘26, i lost 82 pounds. Then in maintenance I lost 10 more pounds as i found the right dosage to keep the food noise and sugar monster at bay. So in less in a year, I’ve lost 92 pounds with help from Ivy. I can’t recommend them enough. Give them a try; I think you’ll like them.

Small company, superb support
Jerlyn went out of her way to accommodate my requests. I travel often, so finding a window for delivery is challenging. She also helped me get a specific compound prescription solution sent to the pharmacy, since my body has responded best to it. I have always been impressed with the communication and customer support from this small company and will continue to use them for future prescriptions.
