Problem solved

There was a quality problem with one of the four items that was delivered. I followed the prescribed process for handling the situation and the item has been replaced speedily.

Top quality.

Over the past few months I’ve made a number of purchases from Ivyline and have to say, I love the quality of their products, most of which, I’ve not been able to find anywhere else online. I’ve not experienced any issues with image accuracy, everything received has been as viewed and as expected. Many of the items bought have been fragile but the packaging has always been excellent and their most recent courier, APC, have also been excellent so no experience of damage. All things considered, excellent.

Won’t be buying from Ivyline.

Poor service took far too long to dispatch items.. over a week went by only to find out that what I had ordered had been oversold. Before being told this I contacted them through instagram.. totally useless and ignored my messages. Avoid.

Incomplete order, no communication

ORDER IVY1311 - The package arrived promptly however it only contained one of the two items I had ordered and paid for. I thought maybe they had been shipped seperately so didn't immediately worry but a few days later I checked and the shipment should have contained both. At the bottom of the email it said to reply with any queries so I did - 3 weeks ago. As of yet I have had no response. I understand it has been the festive period but to have still received no response or refund by this point is appalling customer service. I can only hope that at some point they do deign to either post the missing item or refund me. Naturally it is now an extremely late gift.
