Fantastic customer service . Had an issue with our booster system when we had our fibre installed . Ivertec really went above and beyond to try and fix the issue which they did. I've never got this level of customer support off the bigger service providers so I'm very happy that I went with a local business. Thanks Arlene for the help

Found them good to deal with, ie picked up phone promptly and delievered modem the next day after I asked for it.
However the broadband modem, situated downstairs does not reach the bedrooms upstairs so I still have to keep my original provider

So disappointed you never asked or mentioned did we have a landline telephone! Which you should have.
I did mention it to the sales rep who came around asking us to join last April. I can remember my daughter in law saying her landline they dont use, but I said we have a landline and use it and want it connected.

All staff I interacted with were very helpful. the process was pretty straightforward. the only small hiccup was on installation but that was to do with the set up previously installed in the house. Invertec staff remedied the issue very quickly and talked me through the process. All in all Im very satisfied with their service to date.

The switch over was very quick and easy. After installation I called you guys and the box was reconfigured and that was it. Nice and smooth. I’ve also been telling friends how good your service is.
