Terrible. Three times they have sent me the wrong items
I have ordered from here three times; the second time only because they messed up the first order and gave me a GBP 5 token of sorry; the second time to use that money before I went somewhere else and the third time because they sent me completely the wrong items the second time. I will never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Amazing customer service
I had an issue with a product that I ordered. I raised a query online and I was very well looked after by Jade. She called me personally to apologise and to offer a resolution. I knew it was a simple error but was duly resolved by Jade with excellent service. Mistakes happen and service amazing so full 5 stars!
