I’ve put average as they did get my case approved but the communication was not great, they didn’t tell me my creditors would like to see pay slips every 3 months, after approval I have not had much support despite trying to contact them to ask questions.
They do add a charge on to your IVA which is around £3k be aware

We are sorry to hear that the communication has been poor, if there is anything of an urgent nature to speak about we always advise to call the office (01619681059) as generally we look to have a 48 hour turn around on email.
With regards to wage slips we will only request them from yourself every 12 months for the annual review, if you have been asked to check every 3 months this will normally be advised for customers which tend to get a lot of overtime or bonuses. If you are unsure to why this has been requested please call in.
As for the fees, these are negotiated with & agreed by the creditors to be funded at their detriment. The fees which have been agreed on your case won't be in addition to you IVA contributions they will simply come out of the pot as & when agreed with the creditors.

I needed the services of Vanguard
I needed the services of Vanguard. With a slight apprehension and a somewhat embarrassment I had with the situation I was in, with my initial telephone contact, they quickly put me at ease. I found them to be very understanding and certainly not judgemental of the position I found myself. Very good customer service, efficient and resolved my situation quite quickly. As the adverts are saying, it's always difficult at times to talk about money issues/problems. If you have any, please talk to Vanguard, they certainly listen and they are there to help.
