I only added a pacifier to my cart, but my invoice showed a $1.95 “Protect against loss, theft and damage” charge I never selected. I tested it on a second order to see how it happens: the charge isn’t in the cart at all, and only appears after checkout starts — loading in a few seconds late, once you’re focused on payment rather than the total. Easy to miss or assume is tax.

I don’t need insurance on a pacifier, and this shouldn’t be added automatically without a clear choice. Check your total carefully before you pay.

I had ordered some pacifiers as a gift and based on the website told items would ship within 1-3 days. After 10 days they still had not shipped my items and or let me know my items were delayed or lost and I had to chase them for a refund. To note, they will also only help you with your refund if you buy the shipping protection for $1.99..after they already charge you $9.99 for shipping. It’s just not a customer friendly or good company to buy from and it’s just a bunch of costs. Don’t buy from them:

I had an issue with an order that I placed, and the Customer Service that I received was outstanding! They got back to me extremely quick and helped resolve my issue. Love their bags and now love their company even more.
