App has really poor functionality and to add insult to injury ive Just had carribean cruise advert on 6 times in one add break. Progams on the app are decent but very off putting when things like this happen. Very frustrating 😕

ITV Hub is total rubbish!
It freezes all of the time, you uninstall it off your TV and go through the process of reinstalling it, then a day later the same thing happens!
Does it use the Horizon System like the Post Office!?
I can't believe ITV as a company use such a rubbish system, with tons of bad reviews, that don't seem to make any difference!
I didn't want to give it 1 Star, but was forced too unfortunately! 😡

Dreadful! Trying to catch up with Emmerdale & is just constantly freezing when the ads come on. Rebooted several times & still poor! Taking about two hours to watch two episodes. About as useful as a chocolate fireguard!

ITV you need to listen to the reviews , terrible app really slow loading and sometimes doesn’t work at all . Multi million pound company DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!😡

Shockingly poor app. Constant issues after ads and it won't restart the program. Click back and it takes you back to the start. Total waste of time watching anything.

Same as all the other reviews. Every year I pay so I can watch I'm a Celebrity on catch up as I can't bare adverts. Every year freezes won't load just a diabolical app. 5.99 a month for ad free and can't watch JS.

What went wrong this time is what goes wrong all the time. The itv hub is so bad.So slow its actually ridiculous.For a long time I thought it was me or my Internet or my TV turns out it's the hub and it's rubbish. ITV SORT IT OUT

ITV if you read this, will you please employ the guys that set up IPlayer for the BBC. Your player is rubbish, a joke, an embarrassment to your company. The BBC iplayer by contrast is slick, modern and a joy to use.

Terrible app so slow it dosent load up for ages and pressing buttons well it takes over 10 minutes to get on a programme
Absolutely useless can’t watch anything

Not used the app for a long time, wasn’t impressed back then and can’t believe they actually made it worse! Trying to watch I’m a celebrity live and I’m getting buffering and locking with a 1.2GB fibre connection. Tried watching again from the start only to find I have to sit through 5 minutes of adverts and previews to discover you can’t fast forward it. Then I noticed the audio goes out of sync occasionally so you have to pause and play to get it back. From the abysmal reviews I can see first hand what an appalling app it is and also that ITV don’t care. In this day and age if you can’t do streaming you shouldn’t be in the business. Whoever is in charge of this project should be sacked!

I'd give it minus 5 if I could. Trying to watch catch up programmes and it accesses every episode except the latest. They've dropped current day's episodes of Coronation Street and Emmerdale early but it's impossible to actually access them! Utter rubbish

ITV has all that money and cannot fix the app system. What is going on?? I hate using it and I hate watching my programmes on it too. It’s awful. Terrible. If I could rate it 0 I would. ITV fix this as soon as possible

Worst App! Soooooo slow, crushing all the time, totally useless

Worst TV app going. The ads are excessive, no I won't pay to go ad free, I just won't watch eventually. Constant crashing. Doesn't save where you're up to so you have to skip and then guess what, more ads!!! Realise you're on the wrong episode, more ads!!! It's a joke!

Absolutely rubbish app. All the money you make out of the boring adverts you make us watch and you still make a below standard app that viewers have to "deal with " to watch your programs they want to watch, instead of making things an easy pleasure. Shame on you tight asses

Terrible app. Absolute joke! Constantly pausing and having to restart. Dreadful! And I’m paying for ad free. Ridiculous
