Εξειδίκευση στα Laptops: Σε αντίθεση με τις μεγάλες αλυσίδες, το Itsys εστιάζει πολύ στο φορητό υπολογιστή. Θα βρεις μοντέλα και εκδόσεις (SKUs) που συχνά δεν φέρνουν οι άλλοι, ειδικά σε επαγγελματικές σειρές (ThinkPad, Latitude, ProBook).
Ανταγωνιστικές Τιμές: Θεωρείται από τα "δυνατά" καταστήματα στο Skroutz και το BestPrice, προσφέροντας συχνά τις χαμηλότερες τιμές της αγοράς σε συγκεκριμένα brands όπως η Lenovo και η HP.
Παραμετροποίηση (CTO): Ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα πλεονεκτήματά του είναι ότι προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα αναβάθμισης (RAM/SSD) σε πολλά μοντέλα πριν την αποστολή, χωρίς να χάνεται η εγγύηση (σε συνεννόηση με την αντιπροσωπεία).
Ενημερωμένο Inventory: Το site τους είναι συνήθως πολύ ακριβές όσον αφορά τη διαθεσιμότητα («Ετοιμοπαράδοτο», «1-3 ημέρες» κλπ.), κάτι κρίσιμο για επαγγελματίες.
Τεχνική Υποστήριξη: Διαθέτουν δικό τους τμήμα service και τεχνικούς που γνωρίζουν το αντικείμενο, οπότε αν αντιμετωπίσεις πρόβλημα, η επικοινωνία είναι πιο άμεση από το να μιλάς με ένα απλό call center.

Rare parts are found here combined with good delivery & support
I was searching for a laptop part with nowhere to be found except on ITsys their website. Ordered as a company and received the product well packed in 2 days (prior delivery picked with 2 - 3 days expected delivery time to Belgium).
The product itself was like described and and was perfect. The invoice (required as a company to have) was missing in the package as it wasn't send by mail. But after an e-mail to them I got a quick answer with the invoice attached.
Products: 10/10
Quality/Speed of delivery: 10/10
Customer support: 10/10

Very cooperative! I ordered a charger for my laptop, and they advised me willingly and directly on the right model. I asked if I could return it if the problem wasn't with the power supply, and they were genuinely interested in helping me. Fortunately, the laptop and power supply worked fine and solved my problem.
